| 摘 要： | 农村的建设和发展是今后社会和谐与稳定发展的关键,而乡村土地利用规划是指导农村土地利用的直接调控手段。新一轮乡村土地利用规划的编制将会在农村的发展中发挥极其重要的作用。为此,从当前乡村土地利用规划实施的现状入手,分析了新一轮乡村土地利用规划所面临的一些问题,提出了相应的一些建议和思路。

| Abstract: | The construction and development of the countryside is the key to the harmonious and stable growth of the society in the future. Village land use planning is a direct means to guide and control the land use of the countryside. The establishment of a new round of village land use planning will have important effects on the development of the countryside. This paper focuses on the present condition of the imple- mentation of village land use planning and analyzes the problems which village land use planning faces. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions and methods for the new round of village land use planning. |
