| 摘 要： | 对49只1岁龄皖系粗毛兔进行产毛量和血浆中碱性磷酸酶、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶活性的测定.结果表明,皖系粗毛兔1岁时血浆碱性磷酸酶活性与产毛量之间呈显著的正相关(P＜0.05);血浆中谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶活性与产毛量之间的相关均不显著(P＞0.05).

| Abstract: | The acitivites of plasma alkaline phosphatase( AKP) , glutamic- oxaloacetic transaminase( GOT) ,glutamic- pyruvic transaminase( GPT) and wool yield were studied in 49, 1- year- old Wan line coarse- wool rabbits. The results showed that there was significant positive correlation coefficient between activity of plasma alkaline phosphatase and wool yield( P<0.05) . There were no significant correlation coefficient between activities of plasma glutamic- oxaloacetic transaminase, glutamic- pyruvic transaminase and wool yield( P>0.05) . |
