红树莓的茎尖培养与快速繁殖

摘    要:对红树莓茎尖进行了快速繁殖研究,筛选了快速繁殖的最适培养基及最佳移栽基质.结果表明:最适起始培养基为MS BA1.5mg/L NAA0.1mg/L;最适继代培养基为MS BA0.5mg/L十GA0.5mg/L;最适生根培养基为MS IBA0.2mg/L NAA0.2mg/L;最佳移栽基质是蛭石,成活率达95%,30d后可移入大田.

Abstract:The quick reproduction of R.idaeus L.var.uulgatus Arrhen was researched and screened the optimum medium and the best transplanting stroma. The result indicated: the optimum initial medium was MS+BA 1.5mg/L +NAA 0.1 mg/L; the optimum sub-medium was MS+BA 0.5mg/L +GA 0.5 mg/L; the optimum strike medium was MS+IBA 0.2mg/L +NAA 0.2 mg/L; the optimum transplanting stroma was vermiculite. The survival rate could reach 95%, and the survival R.idaeus L.var.uulgatus Arrhen could be transplanted to the field after 30 d.
