山西功能农业的研究背景、进展与发展方向

本文通过查阅文献、收集资料,从农业基础、功能农业发展需求和提出历程的角度介绍了山西省功能农业的研究背景;以两个省级重点研发项目为案例,分析了山西省在开展功能农业研究与产业发展时的思路,即在优势特色农业资源的基础上,实现政、产、学、研的有机结合,并注重从原材料到功能农产品的全链条式研发;进而指出山西省未来功能农业总体发展目标和主要方向,以此对山西省功能农业产业发展方向进行展望。

Research Background, Progress, and Outlook of Functional Agriculture in Shanxi Province

This paper introduced the research background of functional agriculture in Shanxi Province from the aspects of agricultural foundation, the development demand and proposing course of functional agriculture. The ideas for conducting research and industry development of functional agriculture in Shanxi Province were analyzed by taking two key research and development programs as the cases, that is realizing the organic combination of the government, enterprises, universities and research institutes based on the preponderant native agricultural resources, meanwhile paying attentions to the whole-chain research and development from raw materials to functional agricultural products. Additionally, the general development goals and main directions of future functional agriculture in Shanxi Province were also pointed out in this paper.
