构建和谐社会与图书馆信息扶贫

要保持社会和谐稳定，就必须保证社会各阶层作为公民的每一个社会成员，在政治、经济、文化、福利等各个方面的基本权利，其中也包括信息知情权、信息拥有权和信息使用权。图书馆作为国家信息资源的保存者和传递者，在目前还存在严重信息不对称的条件下，如何搞好信息扶贫，弱化和消除社会各阶层之间在信息方面的差异，对构建和谐社会做出应有的贡献，是图书馆不可推卸的一项基本职责。

A harmonious society construction and library information adding

To maintain the harmony and stability of a society,the basic rights of people in all ranks,who are citizens in a society,must be guaranteed,that are,the rights on politics,economy,culture and welfare,etc.,including the rights of knowing,possessing and using the information.As a preserver and deliverer of a country's information resources,the library should contribute to construct a harmonious society on how to add more information,reduce and eliminate information differences of all ranks because a severe information asymmetry exists at present.This is a basic responsibility that can not be shirked by the library.
