| 摘 要： | 中国是山茶属红山茶组植物的分布中心，具有丰富的种质资源。该组植物作为著名观赏花卉和油料植物在中国有着悠久的栽培历史，是优良的乡土木本花卉，其观赏价值高，园林应用前景广阔，值得大力推广。加强对该组植物的研究和保护具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | The central distribution of the Sect. Camellia existed in China with plentiful camellia germplasm resources. Traditionally, Sect. Camellia has been known as an ornamental and a source of plant oil for centuries of cultivation in China. They are excellent native woody plants, there is a vast prospect in gardening practices for the Sect. Camellia plants of Genus Camellia in China, and it ought to be application widen. It is significant to strengthen the research and conservation of the Sect. Camellia. |
