类坏死皮肤在恢复过程中碱性磷酸酶活性的变化

摘    要:本实验研究了氨水处理引起类坏死的蝌蚪皮肤在恢复过程中碱性磷酸酶的活性变化。发生类坏死的皮肤中,细胞间隙及胶原纤维上的酶活性增强,但连接复合体及细胞表面处的活性则降低。恢复1h 后,细胞间隙及胶原纤维上的活性有所减弱;恢复5h 后,细胞表面、连接复合体及细胞间隙处的酶活性都已接近正常皮肤的水平。我们认为发生类坏死的皮肤在结构及酶活性上都可以恢复。

Abstract:The tadpoles of Bufo raddeiat the stage of hindlimb were used in this experiment.Paranecrosis was caused by treating the tadpoles with 0.001N ammonia for 30minutes.Thechange in alkaline phosphatase activity of the paranecrotic epidermis of the treated tadpoleswas studied in the process of recovery.The activity of alkaline phosphatase increased in the intercellular space and collagen,and decreased on the cell surface and junctional complex inthe paranecrotic epidermis.One hour after the recovery,however,the activity of this enzymedecreased in the intercellular space and collagen.Five hours after the recovery the enzymic ac-tivity on the cell surface and junctional complex and in the intercellular space had been re-stored to the level close to the normal epidermis.The anthors believe that the paranecroticepidermis is recoverable both in the structure and in the enzymic activity.
