| Abstract: | This paper describes the history of international forest issues in the past 15 years.Connotations and features of international forest issues are presented.Consensuses and differentiations on various themes,general causes,and primary causes of international forest issues between developing countries and developed countries in specific and among developing countries and developed countries in general are analyzed.In the end,the authors provide general principles for Chinese governments in participatiy in the negotiation process on international forest issues. |
