摘 要: | 参照组织变褐法对电导法鉴定葡萄抗寒性所用不同计量单位(直接计量单位、电解质外渗率和统计计量单位)的可靠性和精确性进行了研究。结果表明,电解质外渗率计量单位比较可靠,其中伤害率(%)=处理电导率/处理煮沸电导率×100%的计量方式,适宜应用于大量材料的快速鉴定;伤害率(%)=(处理电导率/处理煮沸电导率-对照电导率/对照煮沸电导率)/(1-对照电导率/对照煮沸电导率))×100%计量方式所得结果精确可靠,宜于精细研究。

THE EFFECT OF DIFFERENT CALCULATING UNITS IN THE ELECTRICAL CONDUCTIVITY METHOD ON THE COLD HARDINESS EVALUATION IN VITIS L. |

Abstract: | The different calculating units (direct measurement, percent electrolytes, regression coefficient "b", and LT_(50) determined with logistic function) in electrical conductivity method have been studied for the cold hardiness evaluation of grape. The preeission with different units for the cold hardiness division among different grape varieties have also been discussed. The result showed that the percent electrolytes unit was the best way to evaluate the cold hardiness of grape, and in which the I_(t1) (I_(t1)=(μmhol befor boiling)/μmhol after boiling)×100%)was adaptable to express the cold injury when much plant materia's cold hardiness needed evaluating a~t short time. The I_(t6) was another formula of percent electrolytes, which was as follows: I_(t6)=(L_t/L_k-L_o/L_d)/(1-L_o/L_d)×100%, and where, I_(t6)=index of injury resulting from exposure to temperature(t). L_t=specific conductance of leaehate from sample frozen at temperature(t). L_k=specific conductance of leaehate from sample frozen at temperature(t) and then heat-killed. L_o=specific conductance of leachate from unfrozen sample. L_d=specific conductance of leachate from unfrozen sample, heat-killed. The precission of I_(t6) to divide cold damage level was very high, but cumbersome in comparison with I_(t1). |
