用ISSR标记构建烟草核心种质的指纹图谱

摘    要:利用ISSR分子标记对23份烟草核心种质进行分析。从39个ISSR引物中筛选出8个多态性强的引物,构建了23份烟草种质的ISSR指纹图谱,共扩增出113个多态性谱带,多态性比率为100%。Va116、NC82、NC27NF、G140等15个烟草核心种质有特异分子标记,用1个该特异引物就能将它们与其他核心种质相区分。从8个引物中选择3~4个扩增谱带加以组合,就能完全区分23份烟草核心种质。结果表明,ISSR分子标记构建烟草种质指纹图谱是很有效的。

Abstract:23 core tobacco germplasms were analyzed by ISSR markers to construct the fingerprint map of tobacco germplasms.8 polymorphism primers were selected from 39 ISSR primers and the fingerprint map of 23 tobacco germplasms was constructed.113 polymorphism bands were amplified and the polymorphism ratio was 100 %.15 core tobacco germplasms could be identified by a specific primer from other core germplasms.23 core tobacco germplasms could be completely identified by different primer combinations from 8 primers.
