碳酸盐胁迫对柳枝稷种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

[目的]研究碳酸盐逆境对柳枝稷种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。[方法]选用Na_2CO_3及NaHCO_3两种碳酸盐对柳枝稷种子进行胁迫处理，胁迫浓度分别为0、5、7、10、12、15mM。[结果]不同浓度Na_2CO_3及NaHCO_3均对柳枝稷种子萌发表现出抑制作用，种子发芽率显著降低，Na_2CO_3对种子发芽的胁迫作用强于NaHCO_3，随着碳酸盐浓度的增加相对碱害率上升，15d后相对碱害率趋同，说明柳枝稷受碳酸盐胁迫影响，随着发芽时间的推迟，抑制作用得到缓解。[结论]柳枝稷对碳酸盐逆境具有一定耐受性，研究结果可为柳枝稷东北盐碱地区引种奠定基础。

Effects of Carbonate Stress on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Panicum virgatum

[ Objective ] The research aimed to study the effect of carbonate stress to the seed germination and seedling growth of Panicum virgatum. [ Method ] Two kinds of carbonate stress, Na2 CO3 and NaHCO3 were chose to treat P. virgatum seeds, with concentrations of 0 mM, 5 mM, 7 raM, 10 mM, 12 mM, and 15 mM. [Result] The results showed that different concentrations of Na2CO3 and Na2CO3 inhibited seeds germination, the seed germination rate reduced significantly, but the effect of Na：CO3 stress on seed germination was stronger than that of NaHCO3. The relative alkali harm rate went up with the increasing concentration of carbonate, and the relative rate resembled after 15 days, which illustrated P. virgatum was affected by salt stress, but as time delayed, germination inhibition eased. [ Conclusion ] P. virgatum had a certain tolerance to carbonate stress, which layed a foundation for the introduction of P. virgatum in northeast China.
