| 摘 要： | 国家林业局2013年5月出台的《全国林业生物质能发展规划（2011-2020年）》为林木生物质能的发展提供了极大的便利，引起了社会各界的广泛关注。该文主要从“软硬科学”2个方面综述了林木生物质能的发展情况，分析现阶段该如何借鉴发达国家的发展经验实现我国的林木生物质能的中国特色式发展。

| Abstract: | In May 2013, State Forestry Administration issued a ＂National Forestry Biomass Energy Development Plan （2011 -2020）＂ provi- ding a great convenience for the development of forest biomass and caused widespread concern in the community. This article reviews the development of forest biomass from two aspects of ＂hard and soft science＂ , summarizes how to learn from the experience of developed countries to achieve China＇s forest biomass development with Chinese characteristics at the present stage. |
