摘    要:目的]检测人参培养须根及内生菌中皂苷的含量。方法]采用高效液相色谱法同时测定植物生物反应器中人参培养须根及内生菌中10种人参皂苷单体的含量。液相体系为:Waters SymmetryC_18 Synergi色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),柱温30℃,以乙腈为流动相A,超纯水为流动相B进行梯度洗脱,检测波长203nm,进样量10μ1。结果]lO种皂苷基本分离,线性关系良好,稳定性、精密度和重复性均较好,平均回收率在95.07%~108.72%。结论]该方法快速简便,重现性好,可对人参培养须根及内生菌中皂苷含量进行多指标质量控制。

Abstract: Objective ] To measure the ginsenosides content in ginseng cultivation fibrous and endophytes. Method] High Performance Liquid Chromatographic (HPLC)method was used for the simultaneous determination of 10 kinds of ginseng saponin monomer in plant bioreactors of gin- seng root and ginseng endophytes. The chromatographic separation was performed on a Water Symmetry C_18 Synergi column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) and the column temperature was set to 30 ℃, then let acetonitrile as the mobile phase A, B ultrapure water as the mobile phase to gradient eIution, also we set the detection wavelength to 203 nm and the injection volume 10 μ1. Result] The results showed that we can basic separation of 10 kinds of saponins, and the linear relationship is good, also we can find that the average recovery range of 95.07% to 108.72%. Conclu- sion] The method is simple, reproducible, ginsenosides content in ginseng root and ginseng cultivation endophytes can be controlled with multi- indicators.
