几种木本观赏植物抗旱生理特性初探

摘    要:以一品红、变叶木、橡皮树、无花果为材料,测定叶片的细胞质膜透性、自由水与束缚水比值及脯氨酸含量,并对3项指标进行了隶属函数分析。结果显示:一品红、变叶木和无花果的细胞质膜透性显著高于橡皮树;叶片自由水与束缚水比值大小为无花果>一品红>变叶木>橡皮树;无花果和一品红的脯氨酸含量显著高于变叶木和橡皮树,并且变叶木叶片脯氨酸含量显著高于橡皮树。各项指标的隶属函数综合分析显示橡皮树抗性最强,其次是变叶木和一品红,无花果的抗旱性最差。

Abstract:The dialytic capability of cells,ratio of free water and adsorbent water,content of proline were measured and subjection function were analyzed with Ficus carica Linn,Euphorbia pulcherrima,Codiaeum variegatum var.pictum and Ficous elastica.The results showed that the dialytic capability of cells of Ficus carica Linn,Euphorbia pulcherrima and Codiaeum variegatum var.pictum was higher than that of Ficous elastica.The ratio of free water and adsorbent water of leaves followed the order: Ficus carica Linn> Euphorbia pulcherrima>Codiaeum variegatum var.pictum>Ficous elastica.The content of praline of Ficus carica Linn and Euphorbia pulcherrima were significantly higher than that of Codiaeum variegatum var.pictum and Ficous elastica.The synthetical analysis of several index showed that drought-resistance characteristic of Ficous elastica was strongest,the next was Codiaeum variegatum var.pictum and Euphorbia pulcherrima,the Ficus carica Linn was worst.
