| 摘 要： | 由于不同行业和层次的综合管理部门管理侧重有所不同，要求报送的统计指标体系与口径不尽相同，导致多头申报和重复申报。为解决这一问题，可通盘考虑上级各关联单位统计指标体系，加以取舍，形成一套能够综合”多头”统计要求的经扩充的统计报表，发给所属单位要求填报，并开发全通用中间件统计信息系统，进行”分头”汇总和逐级再上报，从而大大减轻基层单位报表处理的重复劳动，也提高了报表流转效率。 |

| Abstract: | Because of different management requirement in many government departments and industries, and different statistical indexes or methods as required, multiple and repeated declarations are happened. In order to solve this problem, the statistical index systems of the relevant units can be integrated to form a ＂bulk＂ statistical index system reports as re- quired by the expansion and issued to subordinate units for filing. A general middleware statistical information system has been developed to ＂split up＂ aggregately and report level by level, thus it can greatly reduce the duplication of report pro- cessing in the basic units, and improve the efficiency of the transfer report. |
