黄瓜种子及幼苗内生细菌分离鉴定

摘    要:分离不同品种黄瓜种子和幼苗中内生细菌,共得到79个菌株,经鉴定分属于芽孢杆菌属、土壤杆菌菌属、黄单胞菌属、假单胞菌属、欧文氏菌属及短小杆菌属。内生细菌数量测定表明,不同组织中内生细菌的数量不同,根中最多,平均含量2.63×105CFU/g鲜组织,其次为茎,再次为子叶,种子中较少;品种间内生细菌优势种群结构相同,但细菌数量略有不同。

Abstract:79 bacteria strains isolated from cucumber seeds and seedlings were preliminarily classified as Bacillus spp, Agrobacterium, Xanthomonas spp?Pseudomonas spp, Erwinia spp, Curtobacterium. The quantity of endophytic bacteria varied in tissues. The population of the endophytic bacteria was highest in roots,which were 2.63×105 CFU/g in fresh weight;secondly in stem,thirdly in cotyledon and lowest in seed. The structure of dominant endophytic bacteria strains in variety was equality,but the quantity of endophytic bacteria slightly varied.
