| 摘 要： | 通过逆转录一聚合酶链反应（RT-PCR），设计特异性引物检测猪粪便中猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒ORF7基因片段。结果发现，所检测的8份猪粪便样本中有6份扩增出了目的条带，判定为阳性。
