| 摘 要： | 钳工实习是培养机械专业学生实践能力的重要教学环节。传统的实习让学生感到动作机械单调，内容枯燥乏味，影响学生积极性。通过基础训练、调动学生的主观能动性以及对实习操作进行教学改革，培养学生一专多能，使学生在有限的时间内掌握更多的操作技能。

| Abstract: | The fitter pratice is one of the important teaching link to train students in practical ability,The traditional mechanical movements are monotonous to student ,boring content, affect students enthusiasm. Through basic training,mobilizing the subjective initiative of the students and teaching reform to enable students have more operational skills in the limited time. |
