摘    要:在北亚热带江苏扬州市郊引种测定表明,引进杨树雄株无性系BE、36、110和109,以及参照无性系107,108初期均能适应当地气候生长。无性系间生长性状,病虫危害有极显著差异。综合评定结果反映,供试雄株无性系BE(优于)109(优于)110(优于)36;110与36表现较差。107雌株无性系最差。且107,110易受天牛危害,树干虫蛀率高达86.7%~40.0%。BE雄株无性初期生长好,展叶较早,落叶较迟,天牛危害最轻,可在继续观测基础上扩繁,扩大试验,为城市森林建设树种选择积累有关选育依据。参照无性系107、108是非生态适宜区树种,不宜继续引种。109雄株无性系需继续观测。

Abstract:The introduced male poplar clones were studied in Yangzhou suburb,Jiangsu province,north subtropical.Male clones BE,36,110 and 109 could grow well,adapt to local climatic condition in early stage as controls(107and 108).But clones 107 and 108 were damaged by longicorn beetle and grew badly.There were significant differences among these 6 clones in growth character and resistance to diseases and pests.By comprehensive assessment the results showed that the growth performance of the clones were ranked from highest to lowest in the order as BE,109,110 and 36,while clone 107 performed worst.We concluded that among the six clones,clone BE hold the longest phenophase,which suggesting it could be propagated and performed extending experiment trial for further observation.But clone 107 and 108 are not acclimatized Yangzhou suburb,the inducing experiments should be given up.As for clone 109,small scale experiments should be done in the upcoming trial.
