二氢吡啶对产蛋鸡脂肪转运的影响

摘    要:以300日龄产蛋种用仙居鸡为试验对象,研究了不同水平的二氢吡啶对产蛋鸡脂肪转运的影响。试验结果表明饲喂添加150、300mg/kg二氢吡啶的玉米-豆粕型日粮,在90d的试验期内,使蛋鸡血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性分别降低26.40%(P<0.05)、54.76%(P<0.01);血清T3水平分别升高15.34%(P<0.05)、11.88%(P<0.05);血清中胰岛素水平分别下降40.44%(P<0.01)、54.37%(P<0.01),血清钙含量分别提高18.88%(P<0.01)、22.64%(P<0.01);蛋鸡卵黄膜上卵黄生成素受体(VTGR)含量分别提高24.45%(P>0.05)、21.53%(P>0.05)。添加150mg/kg二氢吡啶使肝脏中载脂蛋白B(apoB)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性分别提高53.96%(P<0.05)、69.61%(P<0.01),而300mg/kg二氢吡啶对肝脏中apoB含量和SOD的活性无明显变化。上述结果提示,二氢吡啶能促进蛋鸡体内脂肪动员和分解,减少脂肪在鸡体内的沉积,并有减少自由基对肝脏损害的功能。

Abstract:The experiment was conducted to study the effects of 1,4-dihydropyridine(DHP) on transportation of Fatty.Five hundreds and forty of laying hens of 40 weeks of age were given a basal corn-soybean meal diet supplemented with 150 mg/kg and 300 mg/kg DHP.The results showed that the 150 mg/kg and 300 mg/kg treatment increased the serum content of calcium by 18.88%(P<0.01) and 22.64%(P<0.01),decreased the LDH activity by 26.40%(P<0.05) and 54.76%(P<0.01),increased serum level of T_3 by 15.34%(P<0.05) and 11.88%(P<0.05),decreased serum levels of insulin by 40.44%(P<0.01) and 54.37%(P<0.01),increased VTGRcontent by 24.45%(P>0.05) and 21.53%(P>0.05).150 mg/kg treatment significantly increased apoB content and SOD activity by 53.96%(P<0.05) and 69.61%(P<0.01),but 300 mg/kg treatment has no significant effect on them.These results indicated that DHP can improve the mobilization and decomposition of Fatty,decrease fatty accumulation in laying hens and protect liver from being damaged by free radical.
