| 摘 要： | 进行了草鱼简易灭活疫苗的制作及应用试验,试验池草鱼成活率98.03%,对照池草鱼成活率47.89%;试验结果表明:本地化灭活疫苗对草鱼保护率高,有积极的开发和利用价值。

Localization Preparation of Simple Inactive Vaccine for Control of Grass Carp Bleeding Disease and Its Application |

| Abstract: | The preparation and application of simple inactive vaccine for the control of grass carp bleeding disease were carried out.The result revealed that the survival rate of grass carp in experimental pool was 98.03%,while that in the check pool was only 47.89%,indicating that the localized inactive vaccine has high protective rate for grass carp,and it has good exploitation and utilization value. |
