| 摘 要： | 根据《植物组织培养》课程的教学目标和高职教育人才培养要求,对《植物组织培养》课程进行了教学改革,主要目的是使学生的理论水平和实际操作能力得以提升,提高教学质量。在教学过程中,要注重将理论与实践相结合,使工学结合得以实现。

| Abstract: | The curriculum of plant tissue culture was reformed in education according to educational objective and the demand for talent cultivation of higher vocational colleges.The main purpose is to promote the theoretical level and the practical ability of the students,and improve the quality of teaching.The combination of theory and practice was focused in the teaching process in order to achieve the combination of engineering and study. |
