摘    要:阐述了AERMOD模式,结合《环境影响评价技术导则一大气环境》(HJ2.2-2008)中的相关规定,对淮南凯迪生物质电厂热电项目进行了大气环境影响预测与评价。展示了大气预测情景模式、预测网格点的设置和相应地形以及气象数据等参数的选取,从科学性、工程性、可操作性等方面总结了相关的结论。

Abstract:The AERMOD model is introduced. Use , combining with the relevant provisions in Technological Guidelines for Environmental Impact Assessment Atmospheric Environment (HJ 2.2--2008), this article introduces AERMOD model and uses it to predict and assess the impacts of cogeneration project on atmospheric environment in Huainan Kaidi Biomass Power Plant. The research presents the atmospheric predicting scenarios, the setting of grid points, topographical and meteorological parameters from the scientific, engineering and operability aspects, and draws the relevant conclusions.
