加工专用型花生品种台南选9号主要特性及加工属性研究*

摘    要: 台南选9号是台湾新育成的、适合加工出口的优质花生品种。经多点试种、试验、示范及加工属性试验,其表现高产、优质、抗逆性强、适应性广、加工成品率高、商品性好。区试平均产量为3 669 kg/hm2,比对照泉花10号增产7.07%,生产性示范平均产量为4 224 kg/hm2,比对照泉花10号增产9.60%,粗蛋白含量27.2%,含油量51.0%,O/L值1.32,加工成品率比泉花10号增加2.4个百分点,成品具有货架寿命高,耐贮性强等特点。

Abstract:"Tainan xuan 9" is Taiwan to new to cultivate, is a high-quality peanut variety that suitable for processing and exporting, though text in many points, and process attribute experiment, it performs well with the characters of high yield, superior quality, high tolerance to pressure, wide adaptability, high rate of produce finished product, and good merchandise.The average output of district experiment is 3669kg/hm~2, increasing production 7.07% more than contrast "quanhua 10", the average output productive demonstration is 4224kg/hm~2, increasing production 9.60% more than contrast "quanhua 10", the content of thick albumen is 27.2%, oil content 51.0%,the O/L is 1.32%,the rate of processing finished product increasing 2.4 percentage points more than "quanhua 10", the finished product has the characters of having high life-span on shelves,and able to bear storing and so on.
