摘    要:利用已公布的水稻Cry1a与Cry1b基因序列设计引物,PCR扩增基因部分片段,构建了一个包含2个隐花色素基因片段的ihpRNA表达载体pSC1301-347-Cry1aCry1b,并通过农杆菌介导转化水稻,以期同时导致这2个基因功能缺失.根据转基因植株主要农艺性状的表现,初步分析了Cry1a与Cry1b对水稻重要农艺性状的影响.结果表明,转基因水稻开花期推迟16 d,株高增加明显,粒型显著变长,而其他所观察的性状无明显改变.

Abstract:According to the published rice Cry1a and Cry1b gene sequences,we designed the related primers to get part of the gene fragments by PCR and constructed an ihpRNA plant expression vector named pSC1301-347-Cry1aCry1b,then introduced it into rice by Agrobacterium-mediated genetic transformation so as to cause the functional loss of the two genes at the same time.The effects of rice Cry1a and Cry1b on important agronomic traits were preliminarily analyzed based on the performance of the transformants.The results indicated that the transgenic plants retarded flowering over 16 d;the plant height increased significantly with the grain shape evidently becoming longer while the other traits observed did not change apparently.
