沿海沙地8个竹种根际土壤的酶活性

摘    要:对沿海沙地8个竹种根际土壤的酶活性和土壤养分进行测定分析,结果表明:茶杆竹、黄甜竹、花吊丝竹、绿竹、麻竹根际土壤的酶活性都比裸地高;花吊丝竹、绿竹、茶杆竹、黄甜竹、小叶龙竹、麻竹根际土壤的有机质含量以及氮、磷、钾元素含量均高于其他竹种,且显著高于裸地.相关性分析表明,酶活性与pH呈负相关,有机质含量与酶活性呈显著正相关,而蔗糖酶、纤维素酶活性与土壤养分含量呈极显著或显著正相关.

Abstract:The rhizosphere soil enzyme activity and nutrient contents of eight kinds of bamboos in seashore dene were studied,the results were as follows: the activities of soil enzyme of Pseudosasa amabilis(McClure)Keng f.,Acidosasa edulis(Wen) wen,Dendrocalamus minor var.amoenus,Dendrocalamopsis oldhami(Munro) Keng f.,D.latiflorus were increased in comparison with bare land;the soil nutrient contents of D.minor var.amoenus,D.oldhami(Munro) Keng f.,P.amabilis(McClure) Keng f.,A.edulis(Wen) wen,D.barbatus H sueb et D.Z.Li,D.latiflorus were higher than those of other kinds of bamboos,and also higher than that in bare land;correlation analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between soil enzyme activity and pH,there was a significant positive correlation between soil enzyme activity and soil organic matter content,there was significant or extremely significant correlation between the activities of invertase,cellulase and soil nutrients.
