摘    要:研究了4个不同沙粒径级和3个不同N、P、K水平对马占相思光自养幼苗生根率、根系活力、叶绿素含量和可溶性糖含量的影响.结果表明,利用0.5-1.0 mm的沙粒基质培养马占相思光自养幼苗时,生根率、叶绿素含量、根系活力和可溶性糖含量都比较高,幼苗生长最佳.单纯改变N、P或K水平,不利于马占相思光自养微繁殖苗的生长,但N、P、K水平对马占相思光自养微繁殖苗的影响都达到显著水平.

Abstract:With 4 levels of sand grain diameter and 3 levels of NPK nutrients,their effects on rooting rate,root activity,chlorophyll content and soluble sugar content of Acacia mangium photoautotrophic seedlings were studied.The result showed the 4 indexes were optimal under the condition of 0.5-1.0 mm sand matrix.Single change of the nutrient N,P or K was not good for the growth of the seedlings,but nutrients of N,P and K did have significant effect on the seedlings,respectively.
