水杨酸对水分胁迫下玉米根系膜脂过氧化的影响

摘    要:本实验研究了水杨酸(salicylic acid,SA)处理对在7%聚乙二醇(PEG6000)水分胁迫下的玉米根系膜脂过氧化的影响.虽然玉米根系的过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)活性对SA很不敏感,但SA处理后根中仍有H2O2的积累.水分胁迫后,SA处理的玉米根系CAT活性显著高于相同胁迫时间的对照.H2O2含量高于相同胁迫时间的对照,但低于未经SA处理、未水分胁迫时的对照.MDA含量低于相同胁迫时间的对照.实验表明SA处理能减轻水分胁迫下玉米根系受到的伤害.

Abstract:Effect of salicylic acid on membrane lipid peroxidation of maize roots in water stress was studied. Maize roots contained SA insensitive catalase, but the content of H 2 O 2 was increased in roots of seedlings treated with SA for three days. When the seedlings treated with SA or H 2O were in water stress for six days the activity of CAT in roots of seedlings treated with SA was very higher than treated with H 2O (control) . The content of H 2 O 2 was higher than the control at the same water stress time, but lower than the control with no SA treatment and no water stress. The content of MDA was lower than the control . It indicated resistance to water stress in maize roots can be enhanced by SA.
