| 摘 要： | 在室外网箱流水养殖条件下研究了不同处理饥饿和再投喂后对花羔红点鲑肌肉组分和血液生理生化指标的影响.结果表明:饥饿和再投喂使花羔红点鲑肌肉组分产生不同程度的变化,对水分和蛋白质无显著影响,对肌内脂肪和肌糖原影响显著,较长时间饥饿并再投喂后,鱼体脂肪含量显著增加,由16.32%增加到18.89%.饥饿和再投喂可明显改变花羔红点鲑血液生理生化指标,特别表现在红细胞数量由114.18×104/mm3下降到79.20×104/mm3,白细胞数量由2.02×104/mm3增加到4.10×104/mm3,血脂含量也发生相应变化. |

| Abstract: | The conducted experiments were to investigate effects of starvation and refeeding on the muscle composition and blood constituents in Salevlinus malma in 2004 and 2006.The results show that: The starvation and refeeding significantly affected the muscle composition of Salevlinus malma.
