蚕桑专业合作组织面临的问题及对策措施

蚕桑作为传统农业产业,近年来农民专业合作组织也有所发展,但受历史形成的生产方式和产销体制、机制等因素的束缚,与其他产业的合作组织相比,不仅规模小、功能不全、带动能力弱,而且中介和服务等作用没有充分发挥,甚至流于形式.笔者通过对2个畜禽和1个葡萄专业合作社生产经营,与本市蚕桑专业合作组织的比较,分析了蚕桑专业合作组织面临的主要问题与原因,提出了发展壮大蚕桑专业合作组织的对策措施.

Problems and Countermeasures in Professional Sericulture Cooperative Organization

As a traditional agriculture industry, professional cooperative organization in sericuhure has been developed in recent years. However, because of the traditional producing mode and marketing system, the professional sericulture cooperative organization was apparently small scaled, insufficient, weak promoting capacity and so on. According to the comparison with 2 professional livestock cooperative organizations and 1 professional grape cooperative organization, the main problems and reasons of professional sericulture cooperative organization were analyzed, and the countermeasures to develop professional sericulture cooperative organization were also promoted.
