摘    要:用毛红椿1年生苗干作插稳,选用IBA处理,进行扦插试验.结果表明:不同部位插穗和IBA不同浓度处理插穗对扦插苗的成活率,苗高、地径生长均有显著影响.1级插穗成活率最高,达27.12%;IBA浓度6×10^-4mg/L处理成活率最高,达32%,其次是8×10^-4mg/L成活率达30%;1级插穗用清水处理、2级插穗用2×10^-4mg/LIBA处理对苗高和地径生长有利,生长量分别是81.5,97.5cm和0.99,1.36cm.

Abstract:Cuttage experiment of Toona ciliate var. pubescens was conducted by taking one-year-old stem as cuttings treated with IBA. It was showed by vival rate, height and basal diameter of the different concentrations of IBA plant growth the experiment that there were significant differences in sapling sursaplings when varied cuttings from different parts of the stems and regulator were applied. By applying first-rate cuttings, the highest survival rate could reach 27. 12%. By applying 6 ×10^-4mg/L and 8×10^-4mg/L concentration levels of IBA, the survival rate reached 32% and 30% respectively. Soaking the first-rate of cuttings with pure water and treating the second-rate of cuttings with 2 ×10^-4mg/L IBA solution would be beneficial to the growth of height and basal diameter of the saplings developed from. The sapling height and basal diameter reached 81.5 cm and 0. 99 cm individually when first-rate cuttings were treated with pure water. When the second-rate cuttings were applied and treated with 2 ×10^-4 mg/L IBA, the sapling height and basal diameter reached 97.5 cm and 1.36 cm respectively.
