含笑扦插生根过程中生理生化物质变化初探

摘    要:为了解含笑嫩枝扦插生根过程中内部生理生化物质的变化,用吲哚丁酸(IBA)处理含笑插穗,研究了含笑嫩枝扦插生根过程中部分生理生化物质的变化.结果表明,在含笑嫩枝扦插生根的过程中,可溶性总糖含量先上升,后下降;可溶性总氮含量先降低,然后积累升高,最后又降低;酚类物质的含量先降低,然后升高,最后又降低,趋于相对稳定.这些物质的动态变化过程,说明了可溶性总糖、可溶性总氮与生根密切相关,低含量的酚类物质有利于含笑插穗生根.IBA促进了插穗内部生理生化物质变化的进程,特别是降低了酚类物质的含量,进而促进了含笑插穗生根.

Abstract:Changes of physiological and biochemical substances in the course of Michelia figo softwood cuttings were studied by treating M.figo softwood cuttings with IBA.The results showed that during the softwood cutting rooting of M.figo the soluble sugar content decreased first and then increased;The soluble nitrogen content reduced first,then accumulation in-creased,finally reduced;Phenols content reduced first,then increased,finally tended to reduce and keeping relative stability.Changes of the total soluble sug...
