不同马铃薯品种块茎中铁的积累规律

摘    要:
为探究铁元素在马铃薯块茎中的吸收积累规律,从而为马铃薯的品质改善提供合理依据,以马铃薯品种‘延薯4号’、‘东农311’、‘克新13号’和‘克新18号’为试验材料,在块茎形成到收获的全生育期内,进行块茎中铁元素吸收积累规律的研究。结果表明:随生育进程期的推进,不同的品种块茎中铁元素浓度表现相似的变化规律,铁浓度最大值出现在第1次取样时,并在整个取样期间表现降低-升高-降低-升高的变化规律,但不同品种升高降低的时期不同;至最后一次取样,块茎铁含量为‘东农311’>‘克新13号’>‘延薯4号’>‘克新18号’,范围为41.8~51.2 mg/kg。4个品种块茎的铁积累量随生育时期的推进整体呈升高的趋势;4个品种块茎的铁积累量和干物质积累量相关性均达显著水平。

Abstract:
The experiment use‘Yanshu4',‘Dongnong311',‘Kexin13',‘Kexin18'as the tested materials, inorder to research the absorption and accumulation of Fe in tubers of different potato varieties during samplingperiod,to provide a reasonable basis for potato quality improvement. The results showed: during all thesampling stages, the concentrations of iron in tubers of different potato varieties show a similar patter, reduce-rise-reduce-rise patter, but in different varieties, the rise and reduce times were different. The maximum valueappeared in the first sampling period; the tuber iron concentration of 4 varieties was‘Dongnong311'〉‘Kexin13'〉‘Yanshu4'〉‘Kexin18', the range was 41.8-51.2 mg/kg. Iron accumulation in tubers of fourvarieties showed a trend of rising over all the growth period basically, and the correlation of iron accumulationanddry matteraccumulation in tubers of four varietieswassignificant.
