摘    要:2013年夏季引进4个黄瓜砧木品种,以丰田全能作为接穗品种,对嫁接成活率、嫁接后生长势、果实性状、抗病性及丰产性进行了研究。试验结果表明,日本青秀嫁接亲和性好,植株生长势强,果实性状好,产量最高,综合表现最佳,可作为桂林市夏季黄瓜嫁接栽培砧木进行进一步试验与推广。

Abstract:We introduced four rootstock cuhivars of cucumber, and studied the survival rate, growth vigour, fruit characters, disease resistance and yield of grafted seedlings in the summer of 2013, by taking Fengtianquanneng as scion cultivar. The results showed that, the rootstock cuhivar Japanese Qingxiu had best comprehensive performance on good grafting affinity, strong growth vigour, good fruit characters and highest yield, and it could be used as cucumber rootstock cuhivar in further study and promoted in summer in Guilin.
