皖江城市带省级以上开发区土地集约利用的空间分异

开发区空间布局与土地集约利用分异研究，是土地集约利用潜力评价的重要组成部分。皖江城市带是由国务院正式批复设立的承接产业转移示范区，其开发区建设发展及土地集约利用程度分异状况具有典型研究意义。本研究拟采用空间结构分析方法，结合结构熵权法进行确权，对皖江城市带省级以上开发区的空间布局进行分析，并建立指标体系，对开发区土地集约利用程度进行评价，对其分异进行分析。在此基础上，提出皖江城市带各区域开发区土地利用建议与措施。

Spatial Variations of Land Use Intensity in State-and-Province Level Developing Zones in Wanjiang Urban Belt

Development Zone spatial layout and intensive land use differentiation research is an important part of potential evaluation of intensive land use. Wanjiang City Belt is set up by the state council officially approved to undertake industrial transfer demonstration zone, the development zone and land intensive utilization degree differentiation status has the typical significance. The author used spatial structure analysis method, combined with the structure entropy method was right of Wanjiang City Belt above the provincial level development zone space were analyzed, and established the index system of intensive utilization degree, evaluated the development zone land, analyzed the differentiation. On this basis, the author put forward suggestions and measures of land use of the area development zone in Wanjiang City Belt.
