| Abstract: | According to Porter's competitive theory,the study puts forward a series of reforms for completely building training model in the specialty of agricultural economical management in universities,including rational use of resources,differences of professional development,specificity of training talent student,student-oriented,focusing on courses building,to give the methods,measures and ways of carrying out the teaching reform. |
