秸秆压块机主轴的有限元分析

摘    要:为了提高秸秆压块机的设计效率与精度,研究了UG软件的参数化建摸与ANSYS软件有限元分析方法在压块机设计上的应用。通过IGES数据接口,把在UG软件中设计好的压块机主轴模型调入ANSYS中,建立有限元分析模型,对主轴进行应力的校核与模态分析,并通过与传统理论计算结果进行比较与验证,证明了此种设计方法的可行性与可靠性,在此基础上提出主轴进一步改进的方法。

Abstract:For the sake of improving the efficiency and precision of cuber design and enhancing the level of cuber design, a design method which combined the physical entity modeling function of UG and the finite element analysis function of ANSYS was put forward .Firstly, utilizing the powerful modeling function of UG software the 3D entity design of cuber was achieved. After that the entity model completed in UG was imputed into ANSYS by the interface IGES, and then the finite element analysis model was established by dividing the entity into solid elements and applying boundary conditions and constraints. Finally, Model analysis and shearing strength analysis were carried out to the cuber's shaft in ANSYS, and shows this analytic method mentioned in this paper to be credible through comparing with the calculated result of mechanics of materials. For the more, some useful improved design method was suggested lastly.
