重庆市农业办公信息系统应用平台建设的实施与思考

传统的政务办公系统仅考虑横向区域性,或者仅考虑纵向行业性.重庆市农业办公信息系统应用平台兼顾纵向行业直管部门和横向区域政府职能部门的信息化,遵循"打造纵横交错的电子政务应用平台"的理念,不仅有效地实现对外服务及内部管理等功能办公信息化,而且解决了区域或行业内之间的信息集成与各机构之间信息流转、集成,满足了社会和公众的服务要求.论文论述了平台的系统设计思路、系统组成、系统优势和关键技术,系统功能的实现,以及实践经验总结和展望.为农业电子政务建设提供经验和重要参考.

Implementation and ponder of the construction of Chongqing agricultural office information system application platform

The traditional Chief Office system only considers horizontal regional,or only considers vertical industry.Chongqing Agricultural Office Information System Application Platform balances informationization of vertical industry management departments and informationization of horizontal regional government functions,followed "Creating a cross e-government applications platform" concept that not only to realize the office informationization of external service and internal management effectively,but also to realize the information integration of district domain or industry and the information flow of between agencies,meet the social and public service requirements.In this paper,we expound the platform system design,system components,the key advantages of technology,the realization of system functions,practical experiences and prospects,provide the experience and important reference for building agriculture e-government.
