“诊疗环境正义”何以可能:基于生命健康的视角

正义问题在诊疗环境中具体呈现出生命尊重与价值自由之间的对抗、身体保健与情感诉求之间的冲突、肌体治疗与体能恢复之间的矛盾、医护水准与身心休养之间的博弈、健康获得感与环境和谐度之间的抗衡等问题。维护诊疗环境正义,关键是要在医患双方之间寻求正义伦理的处理机制,从公平正义和文化伦理角度凸显"器"背后的"道",改变诊疗人际关系治标不治本的难题。诊疗环境正义问题的解决需要从分析环境入手,研判主客体之间的依存依赖关系,抵制网络传播的失真失范失效情境,建构理性平和的交流交往进路,营造行为双方的平等对话氛围。

Research on the Possibility of "Environmental Justice in Diagnosis and Treatment": Based on the Perspective of Life and Health

In the diagnosis and treatment environment, justice issuesare specifically manifested in the confrontation between respect for life and value freedom, the conflict between physical health care and emotional demands, the contradiction between treatment on body and physical recovery, the game between medical care level and physical and mental rest, as well as the confrontation between sense of health recovery and environmental harmony. The key to maintaining the environmental justice of diagnosis and treatment lies in seeking the treatment mechanism of justice and ethics between doctors and patients, highlighting the "ethics" behind the "instrument" from the perspective of fairness, justice and cultural ethics, and solving the interpersonal relationship problem of diagnosis and treatment that only focuses on the symptoms rather than the root cause. The analysis of the environment should be taken as the starting point to solve the problem of environmental justice in diagnosis and treatment. The interdependency between the subject and object should be studied and judged. The distortion, disorder and invalidity of internet spreading should be resisted. A rational and peaceful way of communication should be built, and an equal dialogue atmosphere between the two sides should be created.
