曲酸对绿豆种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:为更好地探索曲酸在农业上的应用效果,研究以蒸馏水、芸苔素内脂处理为对照,通过测定曲酸溶液浸种后绿豆种子的发芽势、发芽率以及幼苗鲜重、干重、茎长、根长、叶长、叶宽、根冠比、叶绿素等指标,探究不同曲酸浓度对绿豆种子萌发、幼苗生长及生理特性影响的差异。结果表明,浓度50~200 mg/L的曲酸溶液对绿豆种子的萌发和幼苗生长具有一定的促进作用,但随着曲酸浓度的增大,促进作用呈现减弱的趋势,其中以50 mg/L浓度的曲酸溶液处理效果最佳,能显著提高绿豆种子发芽率,促进幼苗生长,试验结果为曲酸在农业中的推广应用提供了一定的理论依据。

Abstract:With distilled water and brassinolides treatment as control, the germination potential, germination rate, seedling fresh weight, dry weight, stem length, root length, leaf length, leaf width, root shoot ratio and chlorophyll of mung bean seeds soaked with kojic acid solution were measured to reveal the effects of different concentrations of kojic acid on mung bean seed germination, seedling growth and physiological characteristics, and to explore the application effect of kojic acid in agriculture. The results showed that kojic acid of 50~200 mg/L could promote mung bean seed germination and seedling growth, with the increase of kojic acid concentration, the promotion showed a weakening trend. The 50 mg/L concentration of kojic acid solution had the best treatment effect, which could significantly improve mung bean seed germination rate and promote seedling growth. The results provide a theoretical basis for the popularization and application of kojic acid in agriculture.
