摘    要:广东紫珠是江西省道地森林药材,在萍乡市已有多年的种植历史。本研究以“神舟八号”飞船搭载的广东紫珠种子为试验材料,以株高、地径和形态特征变异为选育目标,通过筛选SP1代变异单株进行广东紫珠新种质选育。结果表明:广东紫珠SP1代群体株高、地径生长量变异均大于对照(低温储藏种子)群体;从SP1代群体中选育出4个变异株,可为后续研究提供选育方向。

Abstract:Callicarpa kwangtungensis is an indigenous, medicinal materials in Jiangxi. It has been cultivated for many years in Pingxiang, Jiangxi, but selective breeding and promotion were never performed for the species. In this study, the seeds of C. kwangtungensis treated after space mutation from Shenzhou 8 spacecraft were studied. The height, ground diameter, medicinal content, and morphological characteristics were chose as evaluation indexes for breeding. The SP1 generation mutants of C. kwangtungensis were screened and compared. The results showed that the growth indexes of SP1 were significantly higher than those of the control ,Four mutants from the SP1 generation were identified with biological characteristics significantly differed from CK, which is beneficial for future breeding study. The flower and fruit yield of the selected mutant (PZ21 #) were 2 to 3 times higher than that of the CK.
