| 摘 要： | 从交配行为生物学观察入手,探讨白星花金龟Potosia brevitarsis性信息的联系方式。对白星花金龟雌虫腺体正己烷粗提液,通过风洞实验确定其活性;经气相色谱分析筛选出与活性有关的组分。对照田间实验.初步认为白星花金龟腺体粗提液中含有苯甲酸乙酯。

| Abstract: | We studied mating behavior with biological observation,the purpose is to explore contaction manner of sex information of Potosia brevitarsis.We tested bioactivity of the gland extracts of n-hexane of female Potosia brevitarsis through the wind tunnel.We Screened active component of the gland extracts through gas chromatography analysis. Compared with the results of field experiment,we preliminary think that gland extract of potosia brevitarsis contain ethyl benzoate. |
