摘    要:利用配子鉴定法研究从恢复系间杂交后代中选育更优恢复系的可行性,可恢复系间杂交F1与不育系配制三交种的单株产量测定结果表明,三交种AF1-3即组合NA6/NR1/NR3的单株产量变幅大,优良单株频率高,单株美元产量高,提供雄配子杂交组合(NR1/NR3)的优良配子频率较高,后代中较易筛选出与不育系配合力得到改良的优良恢复系,经过连续3全节代的配合测定及选育,已从恢复系统杂交组合NR1/NR3的后代中选育出优良恢复系。

Abstract:Three F 1 hybrids among three restoration lines were crossed with cytoplasmic male sterile (CMS) line, and the seed yield per plant of the three-way crosses were measured at maturity. The results showed that among the three hybrids, the variation of seed yield per plant in AF 1-3 (NA6//NR1/NR3) was the largest, the frequency of superior plants and the average seed yield per plant in AF 1-3 were the highest. So the probability of superior male gamete in (NR1/NR3) F 1 was the highest, and the probability of breeding for superior restoration line from this cross was also the highest. After three generations test crossing and selecting, superior restoration lines with higher combining ability were obtained from the cross of NR1/NR3.
