小油菜对土壤中氟的富集特征研究

摘    要:目的]探究植物对氟的富集作用。方法]采用小油菜盆栽试验,研究土壤加药品为氟化钾,设6个不同浓度梯度,对小油菜不同时期、部位的氟富集特征。结果]小油菜体内氟对浓度呈现先增加再减少,最后稳定增加的规律;小油菜不同部位对氟的富集能力为根>叶>茎。

Abstract:Objective] The aim of the research was to probe into the enrichment of fluorine in plants.Method] In the pot experiment of cole,the enrichment characteristics of soil fluorine in different parts of cole in different growth stages with different concentration gradients of fluorine were studied.Result] The content of fluorine in cole was increased with the increasing of fluorine in soil.In its growth process,the concentrations of fluorine in cole showed the laws of first increasing,then decreasing and at last steady increasing.Biological enrichment coefficient was used to evaluate the enrichment ability of fluorine in cole.When the concentration of fluorine in soil was low,the enrichment capability in cole was strong.When the concentration of fluorine in soil was high,the enrichment capability in cole was not obvious.The enrichment capability in different parts of cole was root>leaf>stem.
