辽宁省水稻品种品质性状优质化表现及影响因素分析

摘    要:通过对辽宁省近年来审定的112个水稻品种品质性状进行分析,结果表明,供试品种品质性状总体较好,达到优III级以上的比例在88.4%~100%,但不同品质性状间的变异系数存在着很大的差异。在所研究的品质性状中垩白度和垩白粒率变异系数最大,糙米率和精米率的变异系数最小。供试品种中达到优质的占全部比例为79.5%,其中优I级占到8.9%,优II级占到45.5%,优III级占到25%。品质性状的主成分分析显示,加工因子、垩白因子、蒸煮因子、透明量因子的特征根累计贡献率达69.63%。建立与理化指标分值回归方程:y=84.54+2.60 I1-0.15 I2+0.67 I3+1.74 I4。表明,提高加工品质、改善蒸煮性状、提高透明程度是辽宁省今后水稻品质改良的主要目标。

Abstract:The quality characters of 112 rice varieties were analysed and the result indicated that the quality characters were good generally which up to III grade were 88.4% ~100%,but the coefficient of variation among varieties had the very big difference.The coefficient of variation of chalkiness and chalky rice rate were biggest,the coefficient of variation of brown rice rate and milled rice rate were minimum.Among the 112 varieties,79.5% achieved high-quality,which 8.9% achieved excellent I grade,45.5% achieved excellent II grade and 25% achieved excellent III grade.The principal components analysis of quality characters indicated that contribution rate of characteristic roots of processing factor,chalkiness factor and lucency factor can achieve 69.63%.Regression equations of physical-chemical indexes which was y =84.54 +2.60 I1-0.15 I2+0.67 I3+1.74 I4 indicated that the main objective of rice quality were increasing the processing quality,cooking quality and transparency in Liaoning in future.
