我国农业保险的现状·问题与发展途径

中国“三农”问题是我国经济建设和社会发展过程中必须面对和解决的关键问题。健全现代农业可持续发展 3大支柱 (农业科技、金融、保险 )之一的农业风险管理体系 ,发展农村保险市场 ,成为农村经济可持续发展的紧迫任务。笔者介绍了我国农村保险市场发展历程和现状 ,分析了其存在的问题 ,在此基础上 ,探讨我国农业保险的发展方向 ,并提出完善农村保险市场的对策。

Analysis of Current Situation of Rural Insurance Market and its Countermeasures

The "three-agriculture" problem has long been a key obstacle in the course of economic structure and social development in China. The risk management system as one of three pillars (agriculture science and technology, finance, insurance) for the development of modern agriculture on the condition of market economy should be perfected and it can be prospected that agricultural insurance market became urgent task of developing rural economy. In this article, the history and current situation of China's agricultural insurance market were introduced, the problem existing was raised, then the countermeasures were put forward.
