| 摘 要： | 从经济学的视角，对大学生就业过程中信息不对称及其所带来的逆向选择和道德风险进行分析，探讨了大学生规避就业风险的对策：加强大学生就业指导，弱化信息不对称效应；发展教育中介组织，促进信息交流；加大监督力度，建设信用信息体系。

| Abstract: | From an economic perspective,university students in the course of employment brought about the adverse selection by information asymmetry and the analysis on moral hazard,to explore the countermeasures of university students to circumvent the risk of employment,to strengthen university students career guidance,weaken the effect of information asymmetry;develop the education intermediary organizations to facilitate information exchange,strengthen the supervision,and build the credit information systems. |
