摘    要:通过研究葡萄试管苗的剪根与不剪根,结合不同的催根剂及环境处理,研究其对移栽成活率的影响。结果表明:在葡萄试管苗进行移栽时,修剪根系的同时结合使用ASP 600 mg/kg可代替ABT 100 mg/kg。适当催根,有利于提高葡萄试管苗的根系生长,提高移栽成活率,降低葡萄试管苗工厂化育苗的生产成本。

Abstract:Through studying the effects of root system pruning and combined with different chemical treatment on transplanting survival rate of grape plantlets in vitro under different environment.The results showed that pruning root system combined with transplanting grape plantlets in vitro,besides,using ASP 600 mg/kg replace ABT 100 mg/kg,which could proper enhance root growing and improve transplanting survival rate,and could reduce the production cost of industrial seedling of grape plantlets in vitro.
