| 摘 要： | 以地黄北京3号为实验材料,利用HPLC测定地黄样品指标成分梓醇和毛蕊花糖苷的含量,并采用SPSS分析不同产区地黄样品指标成分和产量的差异,寻找与道地产区在产量和成分上相近的产区以扩大地黄的适宜种植区.结果表明,(1)不同产区地黄样品梓醇和毛蕊花糖苷含量,温县道地产区(对照)较高分别为1.47％和0.035％,获嘉为1....
