摘    要: 以小麦蚕豆间作方式为研究对象,通过根系分隔技术,主要研究了在小麦蚕豆根系不分隔(I)、尼龙网分隔(M)和塑料膜分隔(P)3种根系分隔条件下,供氮水平(N0,N0.05,N0.1和N0.2)对小麦生长和白粉病病害发生的影响。结果表明,施氮显著提高了间作小麦的生物量。在3种不同的根系分隔方式下(I,P和M),N0.05水平小麦地上部的生物量分别比N0水平增加了59.9%,62.6%和58.6%。随着供氮水平的提高,小麦白粉病的发病率和病情指数均明显增加,在3种根系分隔方式下,分别增加337.1%~1213.6%,766.3%~1750.1%和130.7%~1061.0%。但根系不分隔处理(Ⅰ)的间作小麦对白粉病的抗病能力较强,在高氮水平下(N0.2)病情指数和发病率均低于根系完全分隔处理(P)。

Abstract:A pot experiment was conducted to study effects of nitrogen on wheat growth and occurrence of powdery mildew in wheat and fababean intercropping via root separation technique. The results showed that wheat biomass increased significantly with N application. In comparison with N0, the intercropped wheat shoot biomass of N0.05 increased 59.9%, 62.6% and 58.6% respectively under different root separation, no barrier (I), mesh barrier (M) and solid barrier (P). With the increasing of N application, the occurrence and disease severity of the wheat powder mildew increased 337.1%~1213.6%, 766.3%~1750.1% and 130.7%~1061.0% respectively under 3 root separation (I, M and P). The intercropped wheat without root barrier (I) showed higher resistance and less severity at higher nitrogen level (N0.2).
